The diagnostic tells you what's wrong. Remediation fixes it. Xion implements the recommendations from your diagnostic — writing the SOPs, building the controls, setting up the frameworks, training your team, and making sure what's built actually gets used.
What's included (scope varies by diagnostic output):
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes

Service 4 — Ongoing Risk Retainer
ONGOING
Your permanent outsourced risk function. Xion acts as your risk team on a monthly retainer — monitoring regulatory changes that affect your business, running quarterly risk reviews, updating controls as the business evolves, and being available when something unexpected happens.
What's included (monthly):

Pricing:
From $1,500/month | Minimum 6-month commitment | Price based on business size and scope
Best for: Businesses that have completed a diagnostic (or remediation) and want ongoing risk oversight without hiring internally. The retainer is the core of the Xion model — most clients stay for two years or more.
PRICING NOTES
• All prices exclude GST.
• Diagnostic and remediation prices are indicative. A scoping call is required to confirm the fixed price for your engagement before work begins.
• Retainer pricing is based on business size and scope. Most businesses under $5M revenue are at $1,500/month. Businesses $5M–$20M are typically $2,000–$3,500/month.
• There are no lock-in contracts for project work. Retainers have a 6-month minimum, then roll month-to-month.
